This policy governs discounts, licenses, rewards, and other benefits ("entitlements") that may be granted to individual users of Hartley DSP products and services.
Grant and Revocation
Entitlements are granted at the sole discretion of Hartley Works Ltd. based on contributions, participation, or other criteria we determine.
Until redeemed, entitlements may be modified or revoked at our discretion. We may revoke entitlements for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of our Terms of Service, abuse of beta testing privileges, or changes to our business circumstances.
Once redeemed - for example, when a license key is issued or a discount is applied to a completed purchase - the resulting license or purchase is governed by our standard Terms of Service.
Redemption
- Entitlements typically become redeemable when the associated product launches for sale
- You will be notified by email when redemption is available
- Some entitlements have expiry dates; check your account dashboard for details, ensure you redeem any entitlement before it expires
- Entitlements must be redeemed to your account email address
Non-Transferable
Entitlements are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, sold, shared, or applied to purchases made by others.
Multiple Entitlements
If you hold multiple entitlements for the same product, the most favourable entitlement will be applied automatically at redemption. Unless otherwise indicated entitlements cannot be combined or stacked.
No Cash Value
Entitlements have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or credit.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website.
