Version 1.1 - Effective 31 July 2026
Overview
All purchases of Hartley DSP products are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record (MoR). Refunds and billing disputes are handled directly by that provider under their own refund policy.
Refund Period
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, use the "View receipt" link in your Paddle confirmation email or visit paddle.net, or email us at support@hartleydsp.com and we will help.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are handled by Paddle, who process our orders as Merchant of Record. You can request one directly:
- use the "View receipt" link in the confirmation email Paddle sent you; or
- go to paddle.net and choose "Request refund".
If the software is not working as it should, please contact us first at support@hartleydsp.com. Most problems can be fixed quickly, and Paddle asks buyers to raise technical faults with us before escalating. If we cannot resolve it, we will help you get a refund.
Digital Products
Our products are downloadable digital goods. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If a refund is issued, your licence is revoked and you must stop using the software and uninstall any copies.
Beta Software
Beta software is provided free of charge and is not subject to this refund policy. See the Beta Testing Agreement for full terms.
