Overview
All purchases of Hartley DSP products are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record (MoR). Refunds and billing disputes are handled directly by that provider under their own refund policy.
Refund Period
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact Paddle directly using the details on your purchase receipt, or email us at support@hartleydsp.com and we will help.
How to Request a Refund
If you have purchased a product and wish to request a refund, please contact the payment provider directly using the details on your purchase receipt or confirmation email.
You may also contact us at support@hartleydsp.com and we will ensure it is handled.
Digital Products
Our products are downloadable digital goods. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If a refund is issued, your licence is revoked and you must stop using the software and uninstall any copies.
Beta Software
Beta software is provided free of charge and is not subject to this refund policy. See the Beta Testing Agreement for full terms.
